Former Presidential candidate sponsored by the National Unity Platform (NUP) Party Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu commonly known as Bobi Wine has expressed his sympathy towards the assassination attempt on former Army Commander Gen Katumba Wamala that happened yesterday on Tuesday in the morning.

In a statement posted on his social media platform he states;

The assassination attempt on Gen. Katumba Wamala which left his daughter and driver killed in cold blood is another indication that lawlessness does not only affect common citizens but also high ranking members of society. NO ONE IS SAFE! This is the painful reality.”
