The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces, President Yoweri Museveni has reappointed Lieutenant General Andrew Gutti as Chairman General Court Martial.

“On behalf of UPDF, I congratulate him,” said army spokesperson Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso.

Lt Gen Gutti has been the Chairman of the General Court Martial since May 2016 after he replaced the late Major General Levi Karuhanga. This is the same time Museveni is renewing his contract to serve at helm of army court.
