Boda boda riders surviving in the central business district and its suburbs have threatened to walk themselves up to State House and meet President Yoweri Museveni and directly tell him their grievances.

The boda boda riders accuse government officials of being detached from the common person hence the reason they are feeding Museveni with inappropriate information.

The riders say before Museveni announced the second lockdown, they had already come up with safe measures of carrying passengers and they could arrest colleagues who were violating the set guidelines especially those that instead on carrying more than one passenger.
