A birthday is a special day in human life. They don’t only remind us that we’re growing older but also symbolize how far we’ve come hence they’re a cause for celebration.

Sgt Moses Saula attached to the Uganda Counter Terrorism Police has decided to do it differently as he celebrated his birthday yesterday by giving back to the community.
The officer gave away reflector jackets to Boda Boda riders at the Jinja Road Traffic lights junction. The video has since gone viral
