Isaac Okello, a security guard attached to Saracen security, was discovered selling bullets.

According to reports, Okello contacted a one Fred Okumu, the operations manager of Jet Tech Security Company, on Monday and informed him that he had bullets for sale and was willing to offer them at the lowest price possible.

Also, Okello’s bag contained eight SMG magazines, three Semi-Automated Rifle-SAR magazines, and breaking implements that included a grinder, two pliers, two screwdrivers, a hammer, two chisels, a metal cutter, and a rowing machine.

Patrick Onyango, the Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson, confirmed Okello’s arrest, saying that efforts to establish the exact source of the weapons are underway.
