Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Secretary General Nandala Mafabi and party spokesperson Ssemujju Nganda are set to go head-to-head tonight on the NBS Frontline show.

The debate news was unveiled by veteran journalist Simon Kaggwa Njala, who will take on the role of moderator for the much-awaited clash.

It promises to be a gripping face-off as the two leaders have recently been embroiled in fiery accusations.

Ssemujju’s accusation against Mafabi centers on alleged attempts to sell FDC to President Yoweri Museveni, raising questions about the source of funds injected into the party during the 2021 elections.

Responding to the allegations, Mafabi has challenged the Ssemujju faction to provide concrete evidence instead of making baseless claims. He vehemently denies any collaboration with President Museveni and dismisses the accusations as driven by personal interests of the accusers.

The stakes are high as both sides present their arguments and counter-arguments during tonight’s debate, which is sure to draw considerable attention from the public.
