Kenyan authorities have arrested Brian Mwenda, who falsely claimed to be a lawyer and a member of a legal action team. The arrest followed complaints from the public about his deceitful actions.

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) confirmed that Mwenda was not a licensed advocate, which means he had no legal right to practice law in the country.

Even though he’s a fake lawyer, Mwenda managed to win 26 cases in court. He argued in front of High Court Judges, Magistrates, and Court of Appeal Judges, and he won every time. He handled cases about disagreements between people (civil disputes) and criminal matters.
