The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will deploy 1,036 security officers, 1,113 scouts, and 107,941 invigilators for the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) exams, which begin on Monday. The first exams on Monday will be Geography Papers 1 and 2, scheduled for the morning and afternoon, respectively.

According to UNEB Executive Director Dan Odongo, the board is collaborating with security agencies, professionals, and center heads to maintain exam security. He issued a strong warning against any form of exam cheating, emphasizing that even one instance of malpractice could result in the entire exam results being cancelled.

Odongo also cautioned the public about fraudsters who claim to have access to UNEB exam papers and attempt to extort money from unsuspecting individuals, advising people not to engage with such individuals.
