Police have arrested four teachers for unauthorized possession and online distribution of fake Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) papers.

The suspects include Bakashaba Vincent, a teacher at Kimongole Primary School in Isingiro; Muheki Vincent, a teacher at Vision Primary School in Ibanda; Pabeku Albert, a teacher at Stoneridge Primary School in Kira; and Oyet Hosea, from Dignatory Junior School in Rukungiri.

According to the Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB), the four were found sharing fake PLE papers on various social media platforms, where they allegedly extorted up to 750,000 Ugandan Shillings per set of the supposed four PLE papers.
