Tales about “Night dancers” have always been told in many African communities. It is normally told that the night dancers can not be caught since they have magic that alerts them whenever someone is nearing them.

However, with CCTV cameras, it has become easier for them to be caught.

A video has been shared on social media in which a night dancer was caught inside someone’s gate. She is seen dancing in front of the house before using the broom as means of transport.
