A Kenyan court sentenced Moses Gatama Njoroge to five years in prison for throwing a 20-year-old woman he had met on Facebook from the 12th floor after she refused to engage in sexual activity.

Moses Gatama Njoroge, an ICT expert, is alleged to have pushed the victim from the 12th floor, where she luckily landed on the 9th floor of Ambank House in Nairobi in 2020.

Njoroge had met the victim, Eunice Wangari on Facebook after which they agreed to meet physically on the fateful day.
