[dropcap]U[/dropcap]ganda Cranes striker Emmanuel Okwi scored another goal on Saturday. And this time it was not for the Cranes or his Simba FC side in Tanzania, but it was a very important goal in the life of the 23-year-old player as he officially took Florence Nakalegga as his wife.
The two exchanged vows at Rubaga Miracle Centre and later hosted guests to a sumptuous reception. Guests at the event include members of the soccer fraternity like Cranes coach Micho “Sserunjoji” Srejovic, Fufa president Moses Magogo and Uganda Cranes stars. Fellow Uganda Cranes striker Hamis Kiiza “Diego” was the best man.
