South African based socialites Ivan Semwanga, King Lawrence and Ed Cheune held their second annual Rich Gang party at Liquid Silk on Wednesday night. This time, it was themed “Money, Power and Fame. At an entrance fee of Shs50,000, revellers were promised an open bar, but this only went on for an hour, much to their disappointment.
