Gen. Henry Tumukunde’s son Amanya Tumukunde has today exchanged vows with President Yoweri Museveni’s daughter Dr. Angela Nagasha Kakishozi.
The newlyweds tied the knot at St. Pauls Cathedral Namirembe. Angela’s uncle Gen. Salim Saleh walked her down the aisle.
The reception is on-going at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
The Tumukunde’s held their traditional marriage last week in Lyantonde District.
Amanya proposed to Angela last year in September. It is said that the two got close while they were both pursuing their studies in Malaysia.
