Vipers SC to kick off their pre-season fixtures against UPL select

Kitende based Vipers SC will tomorrow morning kick off their first pre season friendly fixtures against a Uganda Premier League select side. With St Mary’s Stadium under renovation ahead of the new season, this game will be played at the SMACK play grounds in Kisubi.

“These matches will test us mentally and physically and also help in team gelling,” explained Vipers coach Miguel Da Costa.

The Venoms began preparations for the 2017/18 season 20 days ago at their home in Kitende and the club has been busy in the ongoing transfer window by taming new players to the dubbed ‘Home of Talent’. These include; Tom Masiko, Mbayi Moussa Clovis, Tadeo Lwanga, Yayo Lutimba and Steven Mukwala.
