Fufa maintains trust in the impressive Moses Basena as Cranes interim coach

Fufa has this morning kept trust in Moses Basena after assuming the Uganda Cranes coaching role as interim coach. In the weekly media press conference held at Fufa House in Mengo, Ahmed Hussein, Fufa PRO revealed that Basena and his staff will lead the queue until the end of the 2018 Russia World Cup qualifying campaign.

Basena will be assisted by Mathias Lule, Fred Kajoba  as the goalkeeping coach and also legendary skipper Ibrahim Ssekajja will too join the technical staff. In about a week, Basena will be summoning his squad to start preparation of the do-or-die fixture against continental giants Ghana slated for October 7.




On other hand Basena was also appointed the U-23 head coach, Wasswa Bbosa as his assistant and
Sadiq Wassa as the Goalkeeping coach. For the Crested Cranes (National Women Football Team); Faridah Bulega Head coach, Edward Kaziba – Assistant coachand Daniel Kiwanuka – Goalkeepers Trainer.
