Today morning local defending champions KCCA FC coach, Mike Mutebi  held a press briefing ahead of tomorrow’s (Tuesday) clash against SC Vipers.  Mutebi praised new recruit and on-form star Shaban Muhammed who has scored four goals in his first two games at the club.

“We have a responsibility to handle him. He is one of the best center forwards in the country. We are working very hard to see that Shaban can be a very prolific player all over the continent. Not only in Uganda,” Mutebi stated.

Last season Vipers was the first team to pick maximum points following a 2-1 defeat at the StarTimes Stadium but the coach seems not worried as he said; “I am not worried about Vipers Sc. I am worried about what KCCA FC does.”

“We want to win the game and change that history. The players will go out there tomorrow to win it”, he added.

However, the tactician confirmed that his side will treat the game like any other but he expects to get much competition from the Vipers side given they drew their last home game 1-1 against newly promoted Maroons over the weekend.
