During the conversation, the goalie disclosed what has kept him a better player saying; “Football is a game where you just have to do your best that is all that can win you titles. I still have a lot to achieve, the only reason I am a bit better than others is because I have played for a longer time than most of the goal keepers at the National team and it is not easy”.

He also spoke about his meeting with Lionel Messi as  Mamelodi Sundowns hosted Barcelona recently. Yes, our own played against the five time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.

“It was such an experience meeting Lionel Messi, he is such a talented guy and I was happy to meet and even play with him,”  Onyango stated.
