The Phillip Omondi Invitational Tournament is back

The annual pre-season Phillip Omondi invitational tourney is back in its third edition
this weekend.

The two day championship will see newly promoted top tier club Nyamityobora and FUFA Big League side Wakiso Giants battle the traditional teams of the tournament Proline and hosts KCCA.

The event is played in a round robin format and the Proline- Nyamityobara fixture will
kick off the action while KCCA play Wakiso Giants. Proline which has won the last two
editions will be plotting to maintain its dominance as it also prepares for life in the Big
League.

(All Matches at Star Times Stadium, Lugogo)
Friday, September 14
Proline vs Nyamityobora – 12pm
KCCA vs Wakiso Giants – 3pm
Saturday, September 15
Wakiso Giants vs Proline – 2pm
KCCA vs Nyamityobora – 4pm
