Team captain Roger Mukasa is confident the boys can afford to pull it up as he vowed to deliver at the team’s flagging off event last week.

“This tournament means a lot not to just to us but the cricket fraternity as a whole. We have prepared hard and we want to be back in Division II playing with the big boys,” he said.

Oman and Kenya are the top seeds while Uganda, Singapore and USA are the new joiners of the division. With the top two destined for promotion, the bottom two will be relegated to Division IV.
