While addressing media ahead of the Uganda-Zimbabwe encounter slated for tomorrow Wednesday at the Cairo International Stadium, Uganda Cranes Head Coach, Sebastien Desabre said the team must forget about the first game and put all focus on the next game.

The French born tactician believes tomorrow’s tie is equally important like the first game, it makes Cranes’ plan to go past the group stages possible.

“We won the first game but we were not perfect therefore we need to correct our mistakes ahead of the Zimbabwe game,”Desabre said.

He added, “We are focused and concentrated for the Zimbabwe game on tomorrow. The win we registered against DR Congo now means for nothing. We need maximum points against Zimbabwe so that we head to the final game with Egypt when we are relaxed and already qualified.”

Mr. safe hands and Captain Denis Onyango said a win is the only target tomorrow.

“We need the three points against Zimbabwe though they are a good team but we are ready to give in our best to collect the maximum points so as to book a place in the round of 16,” Onyango said.

“I know 90 % of the Zimbabwe players because they feature in the Premier Soccer League (PSL) like me. Therefore I will share with the team on how to tame them,” he added.
