After six exhilarating months on the greens, Season Seven of the Singleton Match Play Challenge is gearing up for a thrilling conclusion this Saturday at the picturesque 72 Par Entebbe Golf Club.

Kicking off the day is a nail-biting head-to-head showdown between the semifinal victors: Joseph Bogere paired with Kenneth Kiddu and the formidable duo of Richard Mucunguzi & Saidi Kirarira.

As the anticipation builds, the burning question looms: Who will emerge as the 2023 Singleton Match Play Challenge Champion? Both pairs have showcased exceptional golfing prowess since July, making Saturday’s championship clash a truly unpredictable and riveting spectacle.

After the intense on-course action, the spotlight will shift to the highly anticipated grand finale 19th Hole ceremony. Themed to black-tie, the Singleton series organisers promise an unforgettable evening.

Christine Kyokunda, the Singleton Brand Manager, shared her thoughts on how the brand will be prepping for the event this Saturday.

“The Singleton experience is all about leaving a lasting impression and creating unforgettable memories. For this grand finale, we’re going all out – a formal, black-tie event to stylishly conclude Season 7,” she said.

“Anticipate spectacular entertainment, a fully stocked Singleton Bar, and themed cocktails to kick off the soiree. From our blended whiskies like Johnnie Walker to our Single malts, our entire spirits catalogue will be on display, catering to every unique palate, “she added.

With the full spirits catalogue available, guests will also get an opportunity to gift the gift of big flavour since the iconic Johnnie Walker range will be available for guests to pick from and customise for their loved ones.

Adding to the excitement, the day features a subsidiary event that is set to attract golf enthusiasts from across the country. Winners in this category will be rewarded with trophies and gifts from the event’s sponsors.

As the curtain falls on Season Seven, the Singleton Match Play Challenge promises a day of fierce competition, elegant celebrations, and unforgettable moments.
