Leicester City have signed Ugandan-English youngster Divine Mukasa on loan from Manchester City until the end of the season, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Romano says the 18-year-old is also set to sign a new contract at the Etihad Stadium before his move to Leicester is finalised.
Leicester City currently compete in the EFL Championship, the second tier of English football. The club is currently 16th with 38 points from 30 games.
Mukasa broke into the City first team this season, making six appearances.
Born in the United Kingdom to a Ugandan father and a Lithuanian mother, Mukasa has already represented England at youth level from the U-15s to the U-20s. However, he remains eligible to play for three nations—England, Uganda or Lithuania—making his international future one to watch
