A 28-year-old identified as Eddie Mulumba, a teacher at High Link technical School in Nkumba Central, Katabi TC was yesterday knocked dead by a Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) Prado registration H4DF 734.
The green Prado was heading to Kampala at a high speed on Sunday evening when it knocked the teacher. The driver tried to flee the scene but was arrested and taken to Entebbe Police Station. The deceased is survived by two children.
