The Uganda Cranes interim coach has on Wednesday addressed the media during a press conference at FUFA House in Mengo, Kampala.
Basena released a 27 man sqaud that will take on Egypt for the double header in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
“I wish to thank the players, FUFA, media and all the Ugandans for the support during the recently concluded successful CHAN qualification campaign. It is great that we qualified, a process that we shall build on for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Egypt”,Basena said.
