Percussive sounds of the adungu and clear resonant melodies of the xylophone has filled the air here at Munyonyo, Jahazi Pier as Kika Dance Troupe serves revellers with an authentic taste of West Nile’s traditional sounds. The deal? Roast and Rhyme soul on strings edition!
Other than that, revellers are filling up the venue as big numbers keep flowing in all afternoon as the day wanes. In tune with the soul on strings edition, slay mamas too are representing, dressed in urban chic attires for the picnic style event.
What’s even better, those with kids have no worries as a kid’s play area takes care the children’s fun.
Later in the day, singers Aziz Azion, Shifah Musisi and King Saha will blow the crowd away belting tunes from the heart.
