According to sources the team has been urged by organisers to adopt predominantly single-coloured kit to improve the quality of HD pictures for the tomorrows match as their rivals Egypt retain their red and black traditional colours.

Uganda have worn all-white in the past, but the red and black shorts kit has been a dominant colour during the road to Gabon.

Cranes kit is manufactured by Italian clothing company Errea and the new kit was supplied to them before they left for the tournament though they did not use it during the friendlies.

Federation of Uganda Football Associations unveiled their new kits  few weeks before the tournament with modifications that are a completion of the job on the previous jersey that the team has been using since 2014.

Uganda faces Egypt at 10pm.
