4 years after his death, the music fraternity is set to celebrate the life of AK47 with a tribute night

As the clock ticks to four years since the fateful day AK47 passed on. The music fraternity is set to celebrate the fallen artiste in a show dubbed ‘A Tribute Night for AK47 Dancehall party’ scheduled for March 14, 2019 at DNA lounge.

Emmanuel Mayanja popularly known as AK47 mysteriously died on March 16, 2015.  The musician who happens to be Jose Chameleone’s young brother rose to fame in 2012 after his song ‘champion’ became a hit banger.

It is believed that AK47 was first beaten up and later died after he fell down in the bathroom of a local bar  Dejavu based in Kansanga.

The dance hall artiste died at the age of 25 and was survived by two children. May his soul rest in peace.
