The much anticipated new face of the NTV Pressbox show is now a reality. The new team has been revealed.

Earlier this month, NTV Uganda confirmed that the popular sports show “NTV Pressbox” was no more.

Pressbox has been a four-man star-stubbed sports programme airing every Monday at 10 pm.

It was manned by renowned Ugandan sports journalist Andrew Kabuura with other notable sports journalism breeds; Andrew Mwanguhya, Mark Ssali, and Ismail Dhakaba Kigongo, all delivering professional and factual analysis on sports scenarios both in the country and around the world.

Kabuura resigned from the station and reports indicate that he will be joining NBS TV.

However, the show is set to return to the airwaves with notable ‘amendments’. The show has now been rebranded to NTVSportKnights and will be airing every Monday at 10 p.m.

Patrick Kanyomozi will be the new addition to the show. Kanyomozi is a sports journalist, analyst, and sports editor at KFM. He is also the President of the Uganda Sports Press Association.
