The search for Miss Tourism Uganda is heading to the Kigezi region this weekend following a successful event in the Eastern region last weekend in Busia at Victoria Beach Majanja.

The event in Kigezi is slated for Saturday at Immaculate Heart Girls School. The event will crown the Queen, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up, who will be selected from among the young and eloquent girls with vast knowledge about the tourism of Uganda.

The crowning ceremony will also be used to bring together stakeholders and enthusiasts from across the region to celebrate the unique attractions of Kigezi.
