Speke Resort Munyonyo has taken a major step in building a skilled and empowered workforce by conducting an extensive staff training programme focused on improving customer service and guest experiences.

The training held earlier this week, aimed to develop effective team leaders by enhancing communication, fostering collaboration, and equipping staff with the skills needed to manage teams successfully.

Participants left the sessions motivated, with a stronger sense of purpose and a clearer understanding of their role in maintaining a professional, ethical, and welcoming environment.
