The training, held earlier this week, focused on equipping employees with practical leadership and customer care skills to ensure visitors receive world-class service. Staff members were trained in effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership, with a strong emphasis on creating a welcoming, professional and ethical working environment.
The programme also sought to develop stronger team leaders capable of managing staff effectively while maintaining the high service standards that have become synonymous with the resort.
At the end of the sessions, participants expressed renewed motivation and a clearer understanding of their responsibilities in delivering memorable experiences to guests.

The resort has been nominated in the Most Luxury MICE Resort category at the 2026 Luxe Global Awards, highlighting its reputation as one of Uganda’s premier destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE).
