Uganda’s seven-year-old rapper Fresh Kid, real name Patrick Senyonjo has finally started his education journey at Kampala Parents School on scholarship from the Ruparelia Foundation. The toddler was accompanied to school by his manager Francis Kamoga and his parents.

Despite joining the school on scholarship, Fresh Kid is said to have excellently passed the interview for admission with an average of 80%.

The young rapper joins Kampala Parents from St Agnes Primary School, Kawanda where he emerged fourth (4th) out of 23 pupils in his Primary Two (P.2) class end of First term examinations of the academic year 2019.

Kampala Parents is a school that befits the infant rapper’s status and it is a day school that will allow him continue pursuing his music career.

“I was moved by his ambition being only seven years old. I would love to see him become a guide and inspiration to many young people out there hence, Ruparelia Foundation is presenting this young man with a full scholarship from the Ruparelia Foundation to go to Kampala Parents School,” said Ruparelia Group Managing Director Rajiv Ruparelia last month when he offered Fresh Kid the scholarship.
