For a long time, Navio has been linked to his music group Navcorp but seems like he was the only artistes in the group. The rest of his singing colleagues like Flex D’paper and Da Mith were attached to him as a person but not Navcorp.

The legendary rapper who has paved way for many artistes in Uganda and most especially raised the Ugandan flag a notch higher when it comes to Hip-hop music has added another name to the label Navcorp.

Friday last week say singer Tyra Chantey releasing new music, a brand new video that was titled Conman is the first from many songs owned by the 25 year old Ugandan based in Sweden to be managed by Navcorp.

Tyra besides Conman has songs like Talk Now featuring Tiwa Savage and Omarion, Sweet Talk, Stay in the moment.

According to Navio, Tyra is exceptionally talented from her song writing skills to the singing as well as dancing. She is a full package and knows what she wants, to be among the greats. She always puts in 100-% on every project as well as is ready to learn more to keep going.

The plans we have for her as Navcorp are really big. Take over status since she is already making waves in Europe, Africa is another market we reaching out to now.

Who is Tyra Chantey?

Tyra Chantey is a 25 year old born by a Ugandan father and a Swedish mother. Tyra started music at the age of 4 years thanks to his father Ken Daniels (Swahili Nation) who introduced him to the game of music by travelling with her for music tours. She did her first song when she was 13 years.

After deciding to go to LA and study Music, the journey towards a professional career was bolstered. She would test the waters of the music industry by independently releasing her first singles in 2019 titled “Ocean Seas” and “Never Had You”. These received a tepid reaction but still generated enough interest for a few labels to come knocking.

In 2021, Tyra made her first professional move when she signed with Epidemic sounds and released her maiden single titled “Sweet Talk”. Tyra is most certainly one to look out for.

Her Ugandan roots coupled with her Swedish heritage and American experience give her a solid foundation to take over any market she wants.
