Songstress Irene Ntale has reached a significant milestone in her love journey with her fiancé, Vincent Kalibbala, by holding her traditional Kukyala ceremony.

This event marks the first step in the Buganda marital tradition, where a woman formally introduces her partner to her family, signifying their approval of him as her life partner.

Their engagement in November, set against the picturesque backdrop of Sipi Falls, was a romantic prelude to this latest celebration. The Kukyala ceremony solidifies their commitment and ushers them into a new chapter of their relationship.

In one post, she quoted scripture, saying: “ISAIAH 60:22 – When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”

In another post, the radiant bride-to-be toasted to her bright future, writing: “CHEERS TO BEAUTIFUL BEGINNINGS 🥂”

Here at Matooke Republic, we extend our warmest congratulations to Irene Ntale and Vincent Kalibbala on this joyous milestone. May their journey together be filled with love, happiness, and countless blessings!
