RolexPrenuer kicks off COVID-19 Recovery training Programme “StreetSmart”

Rolex Festival under its new baby RolexPrenuer over the weekend kicked off their maiden COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience training Programme dubbed “StreetSmart.”

RolexPrenuer is aimed at helping small businesses such as fast food street vending bounce back as they continue to feel the economic turbulences of the pandemic.

The project kicked off its activities with young people in Bunga Market who they claim are energetic and willing to learn.

“We mentored them into financial inclusion with the help of our new customized hand books debuted “Ebalirira Yange” to aide business statements,” said an official from the RolexPrenuer.

The youths were mentored in different things including how to make  Hygienic Meal with the use of clean energy such as LPG, Waste Development and Disposal, Packaging and advantages of use of modern kitchen wear such as Aprons, Chef huts, Gloves etc.

The project will be moved to various towns across the country with sponsorship from Weyonje & Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities-Uganda.
