Kabira Country Club is inviting guests to explore Uganda’s rich culinary heritage through a special April dining experience dubbed “Flavour of Uganda.”
The month-long package celebrates the country’s diverse local cuisine, giving guests a chance to enjoy signature dishes from different regions all in one place.
From the central region’s beloved matooke to millet bread from the north and west, and bamboo shoots from the east, the experience highlights the unique tastes that define Ugandan food culture.
Visitors can indulge in a variety of popular meals, including katogo, rolex, luwombo, and eshabwe—each carefully prepared to showcase authentic flavors and traditional cooking styles. Many of these dishes are served with groundnut sauce, a staple across several regions.
The “Flavour of Uganda” package is designed to offer more than just a meal—it’s a cultural experience that brings people together over food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Guests interested in the experience can make reservations directly through the hotel.
Part of the Speke Group of Hotels under the Ruparelia Group, Kabira Country Club combines comfort, nature, and modern amenities. The recently upgraded facility offers accommodation, conference spaces, and a range of leisure options, including a fully equipped gym, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and various indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
