On Saturday, thousands of luga flow fans showed up at Lugogo Cricket Oval for the Hip Hop Ku Ntiko concert to celebrate Fefe Bussi’s lyrical journey fueled by the smooth spirit of Bond 7.

For ten years, Fefe Bussi has been core to a movement that speaks to Ugandan youth, and Saturday was his night to shine. As the gates opened, the Oval filled with revellers ready to celebrate. The energy was high, and so was the bond between music and fans.

“Bond 7 is deeply committed to supporting Ugandan music as the ultimate bond that connects us,” said Roy Tumwizere, Head of Core Mainstream Spirits UBL. “This sponsorship helps Luga flow artists grow, reach bigger audiences, and it’s a good day to enjoy their favourite flows of whiskey and words to celebrate a decade of Fefe’s lyrical greatness.”

To make the celebration even better, the brand brought its signature excitement to life. In a moment known as “Bondo O’clock,” the crowd erupted as Galaxy FM’s DJ Nimrod took total control of the stage, unleashing his energy to hand out exclusive giveaways and complimentary shots for everyone to toast to the milestone.

The artists who performed before Fefe included King Saha, Spice Diana, Navio, Dax Vibes, and The Myth. Each one warmed up the crowd for the main event. Navio then introduced the man of the hour, and Fefe Bussi stepped on stage to deafening cheers. Fireworks exploded as he opened with his hit song Yes No. The audience watched, cheered, and sang along to every word. The Oval felt like one big hip-hop family.

Fefe flowed through his catalog with improvised brilliance as he gave freestyles verses of his popular hits, changed outfits, and even sampled unreleased music. The night also shone a spotlight on raw talent with thrilling rap battles where fans won premium prizes. In a jaw-dropping finale, hip-hop royalty GNL Zamba made a surprise appearance to close the set alongside Fefe, sealing a night that beautifully celebrated the tightest bonds within Ugandan music.

For one night, Luga flow showed out loud, proud, and gloriously live.
