What to expect

Key sessions include Film in Tourism, Aviation, Source Market, and Product Development, among others. Attendees can also look forward to music concerts, a food expo, and cultural showcases.

The expo runs under the theme “Wanderlust – It’s Your Time to Thrive.” Organized by the Uganda Tourism Board (UTB), it will showcase Uganda’s tourism strengths, from wildlife and adventure travel to cultural heritage and MICE tourism, which covers Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events.

UTB Chief Executive Officer Juliana Kaggwa said the event comes at a time when Uganda’s tourism sector is rebounding strongly.

Why Speke Resort Munyonyo

Speke Resort is known for hosting high-level regional and international gatherings. With world-class conference halls, luxury accommodation, and a lakeside setting, it’s well suited for an event of this scale.

The resort offers East and Central Africa’s largest convention spaces, making it ideal for business-to-business meetings, exhibitions, and deal-making. It also has facilities for downtime, including Speke Gym, Calabash Spa and Salon, and a state-of-the-art swimming pool.

According to UTB, Speke Resort and Convention Centre will provide an unmatched experience by combining modern infrastructure, world-class hospitality, and a serene environment to boost Uganda’s tourism brand on the global stage.
