Rice is a cereal with immense health benefits.  Ask around. Ask school children and they will tell you how much they love rice. In fact, rice is one of the most treasured foods in this country. In the villages, its is a preserve for big occasions like Christmas and weddings. Here are eight reasons why you should eat rice no matter how small the quantity is.

Since rice is abundant in carbohydrates, it acts as fuel for the body and functioning of the brain. Carbohydrates are essential to be metabolized by the body and turned into functional, usable energy. You will have the energy to chase your hustles.
