Azam Uganda Premier League returns today with now second placed  KCCA FC travelling to Kavumba to play against ninth placed Soana FC.

This will be KCCA’s first game without their star player Joseph Ochaya who recently joined Lusaka Dynamos in Zambia. According to the assistant manager Morley Byekwaso, the team has plenty of  options.

“The young Mustafa Kizza can play there. We have a senior player in Isaac Muleme and also Habib Kavuma can play in that position,” Byekwaso stated.

Soana FC has only gathered one point in its last two league games giving KCCA confidence that they can walk away with all the three points. KCCA’s win today means reclaiming top spot on the league table with a comfy three other games in hand.

Match of the day will be rejuvenated Vipers SC hosting Proline FC at the St Mary’s stadium, Kitende. Vipers have won both their games at the “Home of talent.” This will be their first league game at the stadium. Vipers are currently fifth table with  two games in hand while Proline go into the tie seventh on the log.

In other game struggling Bright stars will host on-form Express FC in a fixture that will be live on Azam TV.

Tuesday, 28th fixtures

Bright stars v Express FC, 4pm

Soana FC v KCCA FC, 4:30pm

Vipers SC v Proline, 4:30pm
