When President Yoweri Museveni warned after the death of ASP Muhammed Kirumira warned that he would revert to “Luweero Methods’ to fight the rampant urban crime, few took him lightly.

But for Deputy Attorney General, Mwesigwa Rukutana, the message sank right in. The Maverick lawyer has been resorted to grazing his cows with a gun (AK-47) as opposed to the traditional grazing stick (enkoni) as the custom is in Ankole.

Rukutana was pictured touring his herd with the Kalashnikov hanging from his shoulder walking like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.
