Last year, we brought the story of Sharon Mbabazi in an exclusive interview where she narrated to us how she manages to juggle studies at Muteesa 1 Royal University and bricklaying.

Sharon intimated to us that she has to find ways with time and energy, because the bricks she lays are the source of her tuition.

All the hard work, dedication, relentlessness and perseverance finally paid off as she graduated with an honours’ degree in Journalism from the same university three days ago.

Sharon’s story is one that can be used to inspire our slay queen who feel too clean to stick their hands in the mud to make for themselves a living but decide to beg money from their boyfriends or sympathisers to go do pedicure and manicure.

Sharon could not hide her joy as she posted on her social media pages thanking God and congratulating herself.

“I thank the Almighty God for His blessings, favour and mercies throughout my education struggle. I thank all media houses for your publications,” the post reads in part.

We congratulate Sharon upon this achievement, and we wish her the best in the future, and more blessings in her bricklaying business.
