Opposition strongman and leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party, Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi, is in Venice, Italy.
According to his recent post, Bobi Wine was invited to Italy to take part in the 79th World Film Festival.
The former presidential candidate disclosed that for the last five years, their struggle has been captured on camera and a documentary film was made to show the world the true picture of what is happening in Uganda.
“I am humbled that this film was selected to be among the top 20 films in the world to grace this festival,” Bobi Wine said.
He hopes that the film goes far enough to expose the true picture of Uganda’s situation.
