It looks like NRM party spokesperson Ofwono Opondo must always oppose the opposition parties regardless of the situation. Former FDC President, Dr. Kiiza Besigye took to his Twitter page to send a condolence message to fans, friends and family of late singer Harriet Kisaskye, who passed away on Saturday afternoon. He referred to the unfortunate event as “terribly sad news” and Ofwono Opondo went into semantics saying that there is no such a thing as “terribly sad” in the English language.
