Had Makerere University administrator, Edward Kisuze heeded to the advice of President Museveni, perhaps, there would have not been a ‘married man licking a student’s private part selfie’. However, he thought otherwise.

Kisuze decided to use the mouth for sex contrary to President Museveni’s advice

In 2014, President Museveni warned Ugandans against practicing oral sex because ‘the mouth is for eating’.

President Yoweri Museveni blamed ‘outsiders’ for trying to convince Ugandans to perform oral sex on one another – and said he was issuing a public ‘warning’ about it.

He told press: ‘Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders. One of them is what they call oral sex. The mouth is for eating, not for sex. We know the address of sex, we know where sex is’.

This was in the wake of the Anti-Homosexuality bill which was later signed into law.
