Chameleone2Singer Jose Chameleone was in Rwanda over the weekend for a series of shows. However, his VIP show that was supposed to be held at the Kigali Serena Hotel was cancelled.

Some sources claimed it was due to noise pollution that the show was called off, while fans from rival musician Bebe Cool’s Gagamel camp who was also in Kigali the same weekend claimed that the show was called off because there were only a handful fans.

Chameleone has a large fan base in Kigali and he posted a video, being mobbed by fans on Kigali streets and bringing business to a standstill. He says the show was cancelled due to security concerns.

“I got No time for Fake People and Fake minds.I live a simple reality, based on the love that many show back for the great Music i present. Thanks Kigali for the ultimate loyalty even when the Security cancelled the VIP concert.I give thanks,Coz they best know security and have all reasons to protect people when necessary.
