Rally driver Ronald Sebuguzi could not help it but steal a long glance at her derriere at a function to promote the upcoming KCCA festival at City Hall this morning.
Rally cars will be among the activities to look out for at the festival and Sebuguzi accompanied Vivo Energy Uganda officials who announced a Shs50m sponsorship package for the event.
While Musisi was receiving the package, Sebuguzi was looking at a different package.
This year’s festival is expected to be bigger and better than previous years and Musisi says it will cost Shs900m.
