You gotta give it to him; Bebe Cool not only successfully worked his way out of the Tubonga Nawe- ‘boycott’ talk, he staged an excellent concert and he is surely on a roll!

Besides his Kabulengane hit topping playlists across East Africa, the song is also enjoying enormous airplay in other parts of Africa and the world.

The latest is that Bebe’s two songs Kabulengane and Dede are topping charts in South Africa.

According to a countdown chart of Trans-Africa Radio that we saw on Tuesday, Bebe’s Kabulengane that had been on the chart for several weeks was at no. 9 while his Dede hit had moved from bubbling under all the way to no. 6 on the African Top 40 countdown.

We have gathered that while songs go into this particular South African countdown on merit, they have to be voted to either stay and climb on the chats or be dropped. So, to vote for Bebe’s two songs to stay on the countdown, just visithttp://www.transafricaradio.net/index.php/african-top-40/.
