As ordered earlier this month, city socialite Brian Kirumira also known as Bryan has today appeared before the Makindye Chief Magistrates court for the hearing of his attempted murder case.
However, the hearing did not kick off as the state prosecutor Jaquline Akao told the Makindye chief magistrate Erias Kakooza that the victim who was supposed to be the key witness was still ill.
“The victim who was supposed to testify is still sick and unable to attend court. We pray for an adjournment,“Akaao told court.
It was adjourned to March 5th 2018.
